Who is this for?
Our Integrative Health Support programme is for people at any stage of their health journey. Whether you have just been diagnosed or undergoing treatment for a health condition, we believe it is never too late to start using nutrition and lifestyle medicine to improve your quality of life and well-being.
We help people recover their health by addressing the root cause(s) and by using a nutritional and lifestyle approach based on Gillian’s own health challenge overcoming brain cancer.
We offer a results-based programme, consisting of one-to-one support, over a minimum of 3 months*
Please refer to the BECOME A CLIENT page for more details.
Single appointments are not recommended due to the complexity of chronic health issues which develop over a number of years. Most people will benefit from a longer term approach to achieve their best possible health and to prevent long-term chronic illness.
* You will be asked to settle 1 month’s deposit to confirm your first appointment.
Mitochondrial dysfunction is the root cause of many diseases that are bewildering in their variety and complexity.
Based upon recent developments in mitochondrial research demonstrating the contributing role of mitochondria in complex diseases(1, 2), Gillian recognises and addresses mitochondrial dysfunction at its source, using a nutritional formula created by MuDr Michael Kucera following 15 years of research for the Russian Space Centre of Biomedical Research, Moscow and his work on the autonomic nervous system. Inspired by the results she observed in his quarterly cancer clinics in London, Gillian qualified as a mitochondrial therapy practitioner and integrates the mitochondrial optimising formula as a fundamental part of her approach to restoring health.

Functional Medicine is an evidence based model of healthcare that views the body as an interconnected whole, recognising the importance of these connections in the management of health and disease.
While conventional or modern medicine offers a single treatment for a single diagnosis, functional medicine addresses the whole person rather than an isolated set of symptoms.
By identifying and addressing the underlying root cause of a person’s symptoms or dis-ease, Functional medicine explores the interaction between genetic, environmental and lifestyle factors that may influence a person’s health and complex, chronic disease and in doing so, reduce symptoms and restore health.
Most importantly, the client is empowered, educated and encouraged to play an active role in the healing process.
